Web Design Returns and Delivery Policy

All of our web products are delivered electronically so we offer a NO Returns policy on all of our websites.

All of our websites require a 50% deposit upfront which is non refundable, the balance is due on completion of the website.

Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards, or cheques are accepted made out to BROADLAND DIGITAL LTD.

All hosting packages last 12 months from date of deposit being paid and are non transferrable.

Our bespoke website CMS packages can be transferred to another provider but all the content management system functionality will be removed from the site before release.
